Due to COVID-related restrictions, the courier network has been overwhelmed globally, sometimes a routine package scanning for tracking updates is not accurate, package receipt signatures are sometimes not being offered to minimise exposure risks for drivers and customers. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please be patience allowing extra days for orders to be shipped and delivered during these unprecedented times.

We shall do Our best to dispatch the Product to you as soon as possible after you place your order and in accordance with the delivery option you have selected when placing your order. In any event not more than 5 working days beginning on the day We confirm your order. If we are unable to dispatch the Product within that time We will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Free – orders above AU$85. Not in conjunction with other promotions. 

International Shipping rates :

AU$16 -- orders below AU$125

Free -- orders above  AU$125, Not in conjunction with other promotions. 


The delivery costs are added to the total price of the Order at the Checkout.

Any customs, taxes or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returning or exchanging your purchase

Items purchased via can be returned to us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original point of purchase.

IN56 has a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from your order is delivered to submit your returns and ship back to us as soon as possible, please note we do not accept any items returning back after 30 days of your purchase.

When returning any items being submitted must be unopened and in their original sale condition. Should you decided to return or exchange your order you will be responsible for any additional postage.  When submitting items for the return please place the item(s) in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Under our 7 days return policy, gifted items purchased from our website can be exchanged providing the product is unopened and you have proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for gifted items.

In the unlikely event that items in your order are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team via to arrange your product return or exchange.
